Despite our advances, chronic illnesses and “mystery diseases” are more rampant than ever. Although people’s life spans are increasing, their health spans are decreasing. Why is it that although we are living longer, our quality of life is diminishing? We have all witnessed friends and family living out their final years with chronic physical or mental health issues, cycling through hospitals, doctors, treatments, and medications.
There is ample evidence that the events of our lives – good and bad – play a central role in helping or hindering our health and wellness. Our bodies, do in fact, keep a record of our experience. My background in psychotherapy, somatics, trauma, nutrition, integrative wellness, and lifestyle balance make me well suited to support you while we uncover the underlying causes of imbalance and dis-ease.
With compassion and insight, I use an integrative approach to help clients resolve these deeper issues in order to create an overall environment of wellness and wholeness within the body.
The body is more intuitive and intelligent than we could ever know and you already possess everything you need to thrive. Therapy is a pathway to reconnect you with your own inner knowing, restoring you to full health and so you can live a life of greater happiness, possibility, and fulfillment.
