Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress caused by disturbing life experiences.

The Somatic Experiencing® method is a body-oriented approach to healing trauma and other stress-related disorders.
Mental Health Nutrition
What we eat and how we live dictates how we feel. Supplementing our therapeutic work with nutrition and lifestyle modifications improves therapeutic outcomes. I also work with health providers and their clients to provide nutritional support for mental health.
