This recipe is easy to make and gives your daily water consumption a new twist. Packed with superfoods, this recipe brings together antioxidants, fiber, Omega-3’s, and lemon and chia seeds’ detoxification properties. You can prepare a large batch and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
- 1/3 cup of blackberries
- 1/3 cup of blueberries
- 1 cup of coconut water
- 8 ounces of purified water
- 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
- 16-20 ounces of sparkling water
- Juice from 1/2 of a lemon (omit to accommodate histamine intolerance)
- 5 drops of stevia (optional for sweeter flavor)
Directions:
- Combine chia seeds and purified water in a cup and stir until well combined

Let chia seed mixture sit for 1 hour

In a blender, combine blueberries, blackberries, and coconut water

Pour berry mixture and chia seeds into a large pitcher
