Berry Refreshing Drink

This recipe is easy to make and gives your daily water consumption a new twist. Packed with superfoods, this recipe brings together antioxidants, fiber, Omega-3’s, and lemon and chia seeds’ detoxification properties. You can prepare a large batch and refrigerate for up to 3 days.

  • 1/3 cup of blackberries
  • 1/3 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of coconut water
  • 8 ounces of purified water
  • 1 tbsp. of chia seeds
  • 16-20 ounces of sparkling water
  • Juice from 1/2 of a lemon (omit to accommodate histamine intolerance)
  • 5 drops of stevia (optional for sweeter flavor)

Directions:

  1. Combine chia seeds and purified water in a cup and stir until well combined
  2. Let chia seed mixture sit for 1 hour
  3. In a blender, combine blueberries, blackberries, and coconut water
  4. Blend until liquified
  5. Pour berry mixture and chia seeds into a large pitcher
  6. Slowly pour in sparkling water
  7. Stir to combine
  8. Enjoy!
